Usage Guidelines
Generic Arimidex (Anastrozole) must be taken on a long-term basis for up to 5 years. Available in 1 mg strength, it is orally administered once a day with a full glass of water. There is no restriction on whether you take generic Arimidex with or without food. Follow your doctor's guidelines carefully.
